Andreas Auth, Managing Partner of Auth Real Estate Advisors GmbH & Co. KG, has been working as an advisor and specialist for office and commercial property in Germany since 1989. In the metropolitan regions of Frankfurt/Rhein-Main, Düsseldorf and most recently Hamburg, Andreas Auth was the first contact for national and international investors for the tailor-made designing, developing, letting and selling of office buildings and office projects.

Andreas Auth can also boast vast experience as a successful managing partner of a project development company, meaning that he has gained the perspective of both an advisor and an entrepreneur.

Auth Real Estate Advisors was founded in March 2005 to enable a focus on the commercial property market of Hamburg, where Andreas Auth chose to settle, and on a few select clients. Besides offering constant personal support, Auth develops sustainable market-oriented concepts and strategies with these clients and consolidates and cultivates a finely structured network in Hamburg and Germany.

Christian Pützhofen studied business administration at Gerhardt Mercator University after completing his training to become a qualified banker.
After his studies he occupied positions at international production and finance companies in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and on the East Coast of the United States. Christian Pützhofen speaks German, English and French.


Back in Germany, Christian Pützhofen gained experience in setting up franchises for telecommunications companies, and in direct marketing and sales. He has spent the last seven years in a management position, responsible for the sale of a telecommunications company based in North Germany.

As Managing Partner of Auth Real Estate Advisors, Christian Pützhofen is responsible for acquiring new customers and overseeing property acquisition and sale transactions.
